A new by-law was passed at the SESCA meeting, stating that any clown unit that wishes to join SESCA and their Shrine Temple is not a member of SESA,

they can join for the regular price of the current dues per unit and curent dues per member, but can not hold office or vote, until their Temple joins SESA.
